Diner and drinks included.
Doors open at 17:00. Diner is from 18:00 till 19:00. Some extra time to walk in and chat because people have to travel to Hilversum.
Please note: Location is not our main office, it's an office very close by in a street behind our Office. Check Google Maps before you leave. Linked as the location of this meetup.
And no worries if you "have to arrive at 19:00". Do let us know if you will join without needing diner.
Look for station "Hilversum-Sportpark" if you are traveling by train it's a 5 minute walk between that station and the Xebia training location.
Freek Wielstra, from Xebia will talk about MVVM. His talk is about how Xebia applied MVVM and Reactive to rebuild an iOS app in three months for a well known company in the Netherlands. Here is how he thinks MVVM and reactive architecture work in practice.
Stijn Oomes will talk about: "What can your iPhone see in 3D?"
Computer vision is about the interpretation of images coming in from a camera, just like our brain tries to understand the world from the optical projections in our eyes. What can your iPhone actually see? The presentation will focus on the 3D aspects of the world that your app can extract from images, today and in the future.
